11 Choir, Band & Dance / Creative Arts Develop, prepare and coordinate musical and creative arts ministry through vocals, instruments and dance. 18 service units

12 Events Management Plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate TIS events so they achieve their purpose with excellence, safety and order. 21 service units

13 Protocol Coordinate the official reception, movement, scheduling, access and formal experience of ministers, speakers, dignitaries and special guests. 20 service units

14 Ushering Welcome, guide and assist people while helping maintain orderly movement and an excellent meeting experience. 12 service units

15 Hospitality Provide food, refreshments, comfort, practical assistance and welfare support to guests, ministers, volunteers and attendees. 20 service units

16 Setup Prepare, arrange, maintain and restore the physical environment, facilities and equipment required for TIS activities. 18 service units

17 Security Protect people, property, information and ministry activities through prevention, access control, monitoring and response. 20 service units

18 Medical & Health Services Provide appropriate first aid, medical support, emergency response and health-related assistance during TIS activities. 15 service units

19 Charity Identify genuine practical needs and respond through compassionate, dignified, accountable and sustainable assistance. 20 service units

20 Welfare Provide organized expressions of love and practical support to TIS people during significant life events and seasons. 17 service units

21 Office Administration Provide the administrative systems, coordination, documentation and office services required for TIS to operate efficiently and in good order. 20 service units

22 Finance & Stewardship Steward TIS resources through sound financial systems, controls, reporting and accountable administration. 16 service units

23 ICT Provide and maintain the hardware, software, networks, digital platforms, systems and technical support required by TIS. 18 service units

24 Legal & Compliance Provide legal guidance, protect the ministry's interests, maintain regulatory and governance compliance, and mitigate legal risk. 20 service units
