About Service Class

Every believer has a Kingdom assignment

"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." — Ephesians 2:10 NKJV

The TIS Service Class is a 3-month program exclusively for Discipleship Class graduates. It is designed to help every believer answer the most important question after salvation: Why am I here? What is my role in the Kingdom of God?

Through three focused modules — Identity, Servanthood and Assignment — students discover the intersection of their God-given gifts, calling and character, and graduate with a written personal Kingdom purpose statement.

Module 01 · Weeks 1–4

Identity in Christ — Who You Are

Wk 1
Created on Purpose, for a Purpose

Jeremiah 29:11 and Ephesians 2:10 — God has prepared good works in advance for you to walk in. Purpose begins with the Creator, not the creation.

Wk 2
Your Identity in Christ

2 Corinthians 5:17 — understanding who you are in Christ as the foundation for what you are called to do. You cannot discover your purpose without first knowing your identity.

Wk 3
Gifts, Talents and Calling

Romans 12:6-8 and 1 Corinthians 12 — the difference between natural talents, spiritual gifts and calling. How to identify what God has placed in you.

Wk 4
Hearing God's Voice

John 10:27 — My sheep hear my voice. Practical keys to discerning the specific call of God for your life through the Word, prayer and the Holy Spirit.

Module 02 · Weeks 5–8

The Servant's Heart — How You Are Called to Serve

Wk 5
The Kingdom Model of Greatness

Mark 10:43-44 — whoever wants to be great must be a servant. The counter-cultural Kingdom principle: the path to leadership is through service.

Wk 6
Serving in the Local Church

1 Peter 4:10 — each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others. Why your first arena of service is the local church.

Wk 7
The Five-Fold Ministry

Ephesians 4:11-12 — apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. Understanding the five-fold ministry and discovering where you fit.

Wk 8
Character Before Charisma

1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 — the qualifications for ministry are primarily character qualities. Building the inner life that sustains the outer assignment.

Module 03 · Weeks 9–12

Walking in Purpose — Activating Your Assignment

Wk 9
From Passion to Assignment

Identifying the intersection of your gifts, passions, burdens and the needs of the world — the sweet spot where purpose is found.

Wk 10
Building a Life of Stewardship

Matthew 25:14-30 — the Parable of the Talents. How faithfulness in small things leads to greater Kingdom assignment.

Wk 11
Seasons and Timing

Ecclesiastes 3:1 — there is a time for everything. Understanding God's timing and navigating transitions in your Kingdom journey.

Wk 12
Your Kingdom Assignment

Bringing it all together — writing your personal Kingdom purpose statement and presenting it to the TIS community as a declaration of your calling.
